Weekend Getaway .....

JP had some work to do in our old stomping grounds in N.B so we packed the kids up and made a weekend of it at a local hotel. The best part was that Ben even got a chance to hang with his best bud, Jarod! He has missed that little guy!

Miss Alycat was well entertained as well......by none other than Sponge Bob, the hot tub and room service !

Nice to see some family and friends too !

We miss them all loads !

A little dab here, a little dab there and here you go ... a room with a refreshed look !

I found this product while searching online for creative ways to "spruce up" our laminate countertops. It's called Giani paints & it gives your countertop the look of granite.

I'm not sure if mine look like granite but I am really pleased with the results.

I mean ,after all, for 89 bucks, I'm not going to complain ??

Date Night with my sweetie !

Last night we left the kiddies with the grandparents and headed away for a night of fun. We booked this little spot in the heart of downtown Charlottetown.
